Financing Your Home

When searching for your new home, it’s important to know how much you have available to invest in your purchase.  Just as you wouldn’t go shopping at the mall without money, it stands to reason you wouldn’t go shopping for a house without a way to fund the purchase of the home you want.  You have a key negotiating advantage when you can present a contract offer backed by a loan approval from a reputable and well known lender.

A competent, experienced loan officer with a reputable company is critical to the success of your transaction. The loan officer should be able to recommend a loan program that suits the buyer's financial goals and ability. Processing of the loan should be smooth, and there should not be surprise charges or loan terms at the settlement table.

The following loan officers have proven to be trustworthy, each giving excellent service to my clients. Each of them will give you an honest assessment of your loan potential so that you will not waste time and expense and can focus your energy on attainable goals. Prosperity Mortgage, affiliated with Wells Fargo and owned by Long & Foster Real Estate, Inc., is represented in my office by Michael Femiano and Joe Nalls, both superb loan officers. Prosperity Mortgage will offer the same or lower rate and fee pricing than Well Fargo direct lending, while providing you with personal service and accountability.

They can assist you with a wide range of mortgage products tailored to meet your specific needs – whether it’s buying your first home, buying a vacation home, an investment property, or land.  I work as a team with your lender to insure a seamless flow of information from the loan application to the settlement table.  If you currently have a mortgage pre-approval, I encourage you to get a free competitive quote from Prosperity Mortgage in order to experience their high level of customer service and to assure that the programs offered by other lenders are the best available for you.
